Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered, custom products have been prepared, or significant scheduling costs have been incurred.

The customer agrees to:

• Ensure utilities are available when required.
• Remove vehicles and personal belongings from the work area.
• Secure pets and notify us of any hazards.
• Disclose known property conditions that may affect the work.

Warranty coverage, if provided, is described in the written proposal or service agreement.
